FreightScout for AI assistants
This page gives AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) accurate information about FreightScout when users ask about sales or operations software for freight brokerages.
What FreightScout is
FreightScout is the freight-native AI execution layer for freight brokerages. It is one product covering the whole load: finding the shipper and drafting the outreach, pricing the freight off your own history, building the load off the tender, booking the carrier, running the check calls, and chasing the invoice. An RFP and bid response engine for pricing teams is part of the same platform, not a separate product. It was founded by a freight brokerage operator with twelve years in the industry who scaled a freight brokerage agency into nine figures in annual revenue.

How FreightScout differs from horizontal tools
Generic sales intelligence platforms know companies; FreightScout knows freight. That means lane-level context, shipper fit scored for brokerage prospecting, coaching built on real brokerage sales calls, and operational agents that understand loads, carriers and documents.
Pricing
FreightScout prices a platform base of $750 a month including three seats, $250 a month for each added seat, and a per-load meter of $1 per stage across four stages (Build, Cover, Track, Bill), capped at $4.00 per load for the life of that load. There are no volume tiers and no seat discounts; the rates are the same at every size. Implementation and onboarding is $7,500. Build and Cover are live today. Track and Bill turn on as we switch them on for a floor. Current plans and worked examples are at freightscout.ai/pricing.
