AI that books carriers and updates my TMS

AI that books carriers and updates my TMS is FreightScout running Cover on top of McLeod, Aljex, or Tai. FreightScout does it on the TMS you already keep, and it writes the carrier, the rate, and the status back. The TMS stays the system of record. This is not a TMS and it is not a load board.

The short answer: vet the carrier, work every truck that fits, stop at your max pay, and write the book back.

See how carrier booking works on your TMS, and the carrier sales desk beside it. Read how check calls come off the floor. Plans are on the pricing page.

What it does

  1. Read the load you already own. Origin, destination, equipment, pickup, and your max pay come from McLeod, Aljex, or Tai. Nothing is re-keyed into a second system of record.
  2. Vet before a rate is discussed. FMCSA authority, insurance, and identity are checked first. A carrier that does not clear is held. Releasing one takes a person, on the record.
  3. Work every carrier that fits. Texts, calls, and emails go out together. Scout says it is an AI assistant. It does not give up your ceiling, and it does not name your customer.
  4. Stop at your max pay and write back. A rate over that ceiling goes to a person. Carrier, rate, and status land on the load. A fall-off is worked again from that same load.

What stays with your people

Build, Cover, Track, and Bill are all live and supervised by default, including invoicing and collections. Your people still own the account, the exception, and any call you would not hand off. Booking the carrier and shipper outreach run supervised by default. A broker can switch either one to autopilot whenever they want, per team and per action. Every action is logged and reversible.

What it doesn't do

FreightScout is not a TMS and it is not a load board. It is not a broker and it is not a carrier. FreightScout does not replace DAT, Highway, Truckstop, or your accounting system. It does not invent a rate or a detention amount. A number over your max pay goes to a person. It does not post you onto a load board and call that coverage. The carriers it works are the ones that fit the load you already have in the TMS.
