What is RGN in freight?
An RGN is a removable gooseneck trailer whose front detaches so the deck can be lowered to the ground and equipment can be driven straight on. It is used for tall or heavy machinery that cannot be lifted onto a deck. RGN moves are usually permitted and routed in advance because they tend to exceed legal height or weight.
