What is Cube out in freight?

A load cubes out when it fills the trailer's available space before reaching the legal weight limit. Light bulky freight such as packaging or furniture cubes out routinely. The opposite is weighing out, where the load hits the weight limit with space to spare.

Also called: cubing out, cubes out.
