What it does

1. Build. An EDI 204, an email, or a PDF tender becomes a load in McLeod, Aljex, or Tai. It is checked against the award, and a second agent checks each built load.
2. Cover. Authority, insurance, and identity are checked before a rate is discussed. Scout texts, calls, and emails every carrier that fits. It stops at your max pay. Carrier, rate, and status are written back. A fall-off is re-covered on that load.
3. Track. Check calls run at pickup, in transit, and at delivery, and the answer is logged on the load. Exceptions escalate to a person. The pickup address waits on a dispatch gate call. Detention starts at driver check-in.
4. Bill. The POD is matched to the load and a missing one is chased on a clock. The invoice goes out with the POD attached, the carrier payable is created, exceptions are caught before they age, and payment is chased. A detention claim uses the POD and the in and out times, with no invented amount.

What stays with your people

Build, Cover, Track, and Bill are all live and supervised by default, including invoicing and collections. Your people still own the account, the exception, and any call you would not hand off. Booking the carrier and shipper outreach run supervised by default. A broker can switch either one to autopilot whenever they want, per team and per action. Every action is logged and reversible.
