What is Concealed damage in freight?
Concealed damage is damage discovered after delivery has been accepted and the bill of lading signed clean. It is the hardest kind of claim to win because there is no record that the freight arrived damaged rather than being damaged afterwards. Most terms of carriage set a short window for reporting it.
