The invoice Rendition Billing is holding
The POD has to be in the file before that McLeod invoice goes out.

Rendition Billing
McLeod's accounting page says Rendition Billing holds the invoice until the customer's required files are in place, then generates it with the document set. The Billing and Settlements workflow records the bill of lading as documents pass through billing.
Missing Paperwork, on that same page, flags a delivered order that is still short a document.
The POD Rendition Billing is waiting on
FreightScout matches the POD to the load and sends the customer invoice with that POD attached, which is the document set Rendition Billing will not release without. It creates the carrier payable and chases the payment. It does not audit a carrier freight invoice, and it does not replace your accounting system. The billed status and the documents land on the load Rendition Billing is holding. The invoice stays in McLeod.
