AI for Revenova

Last updated October 11, 2026.

AI for Revenova is the brokerage work still left on a freight broker TMS built natively on Salesforce.

Revenova isn't connected today. FreightScout builds the load from the tender that still has to become stops, dates, a commodity, and the rate the customer asked for, calls when an ETA alert moves the time and doesn't say why, and chases the invoice after the customer can already see the load. Your team keeps the Revenova load current. By API where the TMS offers one, and by reading it in place where it doesn't, set up during implementation. Connor walks through your TMS on the demo.

The tender arrives as an email

Revenova's freight broker page calls Revenova a freight broker TMS built natively on Salesforce. Creating loads from emails and quote requests is the build step it describes, and it names Artimus as Revenova's agent for that step. Artimus stays Revenova's. The gap is a tender that still has to become a load a broker can cover: the stops, the dates, the commodity, and the rate the customer asked for. FreightScout builds that load from the tender.

LaneIQ finds a carrier. The ceiling is still yours.

LaneIQ matches carriers from their performance. RateIQ is the quote tool the page names. The page also says the TMS tracks carrier authority, insurance, and documentation. Those matches and those checks stay on Revenova. A strong match isn't a booking, and a quote isn't a rate you have agreed to hold. FreightScout doesn't call LaneIQ or RateIQ. Cover on this desk is supervised by default, switch to autopilot per team and per action. The TMS stays the system of record.

An ETA alert with no reason attached

Real-time visibility and ETA alerts are on the page. An alert can move the arrival time and still not say that the receiver rescheduled the door, or that the driver is stuck at the stop before this one. The alert has already told you the time changed. FreightScout makes the check call when it hasn't told you why.

The branded portal shows the load. The customer invoice still has to go out.

The page describes a branded portal that gives customers visibility under the brokerage's own brand. Dashboards beside it cover market trends, lane profitability, and carrier performance. Accounting integration, invoice processing, and freight bill auditing are the money tools the page names. The portal, the dashboards, and the audit stay Revenova's. A customer with the load open in that portal can still be waiting on a bill. FreightScout takes the POD off the Revenova load and chases the invoice from that point. Every action is logged and reversible. Not a TMS, not a load board. Plans are on pricing.

Questions buyers ask

Do I keep LaneIQ and RateIQ?

Yes. LaneIQ still matches carriers from their performance, and RateIQ still quotes. FreightScout doesn't stand in for either tool.

Do customers keep the branded portal?

Yes. The portal the page describes stays Revenova's, under your brand, and so do the lane and carrier dashboards. FreightScout doesn't replace that view.
