AI for Alvys
Last updated October 11, 2026.
AI for Alvys is the broker's work on an all-in-one TMS written for carriers and brokers.
Alvys isn't connected today. FreightScout covers the broker tender after automatic load creation, calls when the driver app stops reporting, and sends the customer invoice a photographed receipt hasn't become. Your team keeps Alvys current for the desk and the fleet. By API where the TMS offers one, and by reading it in place where it doesn't, set up during implementation. Connor walks through your TMS on the demo.

One login, two kinds of company
Alvys's site calls Alvys an all-in-one TMS for carriers and brokers. The broker work and the fleet work are both on that site, and a hybrid is using both. FreightScout doesn't split the login, and it doesn't take the trucks.
| What Alvys's site describes | Who it's for |
|---|---|
| Carrier onboarding, load tendering, and accounting | The broker section |
| Pricing, load management, planning, carrier management, and settlement | Also written for brokers |
| Fleet dispatch and a driver mobile app | Carriers, hybrids, and private fleets |
A brokerage that also runs its own trucks lives in more than one row of that table. The desk tenders loads. The fleet dispatches drivers. FreightScout stays on the desk.
Where a tender outruns automatic load creation
The site describes automatic load creation. That's Alvys's step. A PDF can still show up with two stops, a commodity in the body, and a note in the margin the automatic step leaves behind.
Carrier onboarding and load tendering are the broker workflows the site describes. An open API and built-in EDI are also on the site. Those connections are Alvys's. Onboarding can clear a carrier and still leave the rate unnegotiated. FreightScout vets the carrier on that tender and holds the line at your max pay. That cover is supervised by default, switch to autopilot per team and per action. The TMS stays the system of record.
The driver app goes quiet
The site says each driver action updates the load status, and the driver app attaches documents and receipts for invoicing. That holds while the driver is in the app. A truck that isn't on the app goes quiet. The status stops, and nothing on the load says whether the driver is at the dock, broken down, or simply not in the app.
FreightScout calls in that quiet, because the driver app stopped reporting.
Accounting and carrier settlement sit in the broker section. A receipt the driver photographed is on the load, and the customer invoice is still a separate send. FreightScout lines that receipt up with the POD and sends the customer invoice. Every action is logged and reversible. Not a TMS, not a load board. The site also says Alvys has native AI for document handling, load creation, dispatch, and team communication. That AI stays Alvys's. Plans are on pricing.
Questions buyers ask
Do I keep Alvys for the brokerage and the fleet?
Yes. Brokers stay on the onboarding, tendering, and accounting side. Carriers, hybrids, and private fleets stay on fleet dispatch and the driver app. FreightScout does the brokerage cover, the check call, and the invoice chase.
Does the driver app stay Alvys's?
Yes. Status updates, documents, and receipts stay on Alvys's driver app. FreightScout calls when that app goes quiet.
